By placing an order on the Xueller website, you are confirming acceptance of the following Terms and Conditions. Should you have any queries regarding the Terms and Conditions listed below, please contact Xueller via our contact page.
Xueller ship throughout the United States of America using our designated courier service. Purchased items will be dispatched within 3 to 4 business days (excluding pre-order items).
In the event that an incorrect address is entered during the checkout process, address changes can be made only until the order process begins. Please ensure you enter the address correctly when purchasing from the Xueller website. Please be aware that Xueller do not ship to PO boxes. Products become the property and responsibility of the purchaser once they have been dispatched. If an item arrives damaged or is misplaced it is the purchaser’s responsibility to liaise with our designated courier. Xueller do not refund or replace items missing or damaged in transit.
Tracking information will be provided via email after completion of your purchase online. Once the purchased items have been dispatched, all further enquiries regarding delivery must be directed to our designated freight provider. Xueller is unable to track items on behalf of customers.
- Domestic delivery:
Delivery times vary by destination. Most destinations will take between 2-5 days with more remote areas requiring up to 10 days for delivery. Should you require express domestic delivery, please contact Xueller prior to placing an order online.
- International delivery:
Please allow between 5 -14 days – delivery times vary on destination. Please note delivery times quoted do not include customs clearance.
Some international orders may incur customs or import duty charges. Any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees incurred are the responsibility of the customer. For further information on regulations and compliances, please contact your local customs office prior to placing an order.
All prices shown online are in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice. There may be duties and taxes added to your purchase by the destination country. The customer is responsible for those fees upon delivery. Those charges are not included in your order total when purchasing on the Xueller website.
All transactions are charged in US Dollars.
Xueller accept PayPal and credit card / debit card payments online.
When placing an order, you undertake that all details provided are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods.
Pre-order and back order:
At the time of placing your pre-order, you will be required to remit the total amount due, including shipping fees. Due to the nature of such transactions, you should expect a delay (up to 3 months) between the date you place your order and the date the product is ready for shipment.
Once your products are available for dispatch, you will receive notification with tracking details.
Returns and exchanges:
Whilst Xueller aim to provide goods and services of the highest quality; occasionally, due to the manufacturing process, slight imperfections may occur. If you are not happy with the product you receive, please contact us within 10 days.
Please choose carefully as Xueller do not exchange or refund due to change of mind.
Privacy and subscriptions:
Personal details provided to Xueller are used solely to process your order and will not be released to any third parties.
By subscribing to our newsletter or mailing list you are authorising us to send you communication. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Please also be aware that due to manufacturing processes, colours may vary slightly to those on our website.
Due to the handmade nature of our luxury products, small imperfections may occur.
Xueller may, from time to time, offer promotional discount codes which apply to purchases made through this website. Those discount codes cannot be used after an order has been placed and may only be used during the specific promotional period.
